Prepare a Capital Budgeting analysis for this project and decide if the project is worth it doing the following:
1. Payback Period Analysis with DCF. (Max. 3 years to accept)
2. MIRR analysis to assess if this project at 10% return requirement is feasible. Do up to year 3 for this decision, then use 15% thereafter to see if its profitable after this trial period. Remember to include a 10% growth rate on Rental Revenues.
3. NPV analysis; Accept if NPV > 0 at 15% required return.
4. Profitability Index to include in your Final Project Presentation to the Board of Directors of HPP.
9. Prepare an Essay Report explaining all the details of your Feasibility Analysis
